Material Composition and Attributes
RoyalWrap PVC Columns Non-Tapered Double Raised Panel Wraps are made from ½” thick cellular PVC sheets, a wood alternative that is milled just like wood but without any of the negative attributes. RoyalWrap™ column wraps are impervous to insects, are waterproof, are rot resistant, and are easily painted due to the advantages of their construction from PVC. These columns come factory mitered as two corners to facilitate a quick installation around wood supports or lally columns. They offer the greatest advantage over our other columns when square column wraps are desired that can span up to 20’ in height and are fairly inexpensive, while still maintaining a classical look.
Product Offering
RoyalWrap™ porch column wraps are available only as square columns. Since this is a wood alternative product, custom styles, sizes, and customization are easily available and fairly inexpensive. We offer many styles of caps and bases with Box, Craftsman, and Tuscan being the most popular. We offer everything from small knee-wall column wraps to anything up to 20’ tall. All RoyalWrap column wraps come in paint-grade white from the factory, which allows easy customization by the end user.

Flatpack (25% discount)
Our flatpack option is a completely knocked-down column that is significantly cheaper, however this does increase the installation time and complexity, as well as the amount of adhesive required.
Partially Assembled (L Shape)
We partially assemble the columns into L-Shaped halves and ship a pair to make assembly even easier and faster, just combine the two halves and you are done!
Standard Miter
Our standard miter is a 45-degree angle that is precision cut by our state-of-the-art CNC machines to ensure uniformity and precision. This means your columns will line up perfectly every time, allowing for a headache free installation.
Miter Lock (Additional $20 per column)
While we have found no advantage to using a lock miter over our standard miter, we are happy to provide this option to those who prefer it.
